A new evaluation commissioned by the Department for Evaluation in Norad finds that the Norwegian government and partners have faced challenges in transforming good intentions into practice with regards to disability inclusion.

Norad wants to increase the use of impact evaluations and controlled trials in Norwegian development cooperation to enhance knowledge and learning. Thus, we are pleased to invite organisations with an agreement with Norad to apply for participation in a 3-day impact evaluation incubator early December.

Norad has provided NOK 85 million in funding to the Norwegian company Scatec to develop green hydrogen projects in Africa. This is the first time that Norad has supported green hydrogen projects. Norad's Director General believes green hydrogen can be a game changer.
