New Director General at Norad

Jon Lomøy is appointed as Director General in the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) for a fixed-term contract for four years with effect from the date the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs determines.

Lomøy comes from a position as director of the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate in Paris. He has held the position since 2010. 

Lomøy succeeds former Norad Director General Villa Kulild.
